Shipping And Returns

All our UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class & Recorded Delivery and all overseas parcels are sent via Air Mail. We aim to dispatch your items within five working days but some may take up to 14 working days if coming directly from our supplier. If your item has not arrived after 15 working days then please email us at sales@rainbowsandbutterflies.co.uk.
All delivery charges are based directly on Royal Mail's weight tables plus a small fee for handling and packaging materials. Weight information is displayed next to every item. This is the actual weight of the item unpackaged. The weight for every item is added up automatically once placed in the shopping cart and the relevant fee is charged. All weights are in grams/kgs.
We regret that we cannot be held liable for any delay in your delivery due to events outwith our control such as postal strikes. Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address as failure to do so may result in a delay to your delivery and extra charges for re-delivery.
Returns
We regret that we can only accept returned items that are in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Any security tags, shrink wrapping and seals must still be intact. Items will be exchanged for a new one and if no replacement is available then you will be refunded the cost of the item (excluding delivery). This will take the form of a credit note to your account.
All our herbs, resins and powders are non-returnable.
Delivery of returned items is the buyer's responsibility therefore we advise sending all returns by Recorded Delivery.
